My order has shipped, but my US Postal Service tracking number doesn't show any information.

When shipping through the US Postal Service the tracking information has a lag time of a day or two. If the order ships out on Monday you will not be able to see tracking information about the product until about Wednesday.

 

What if I want to mail my order in or get a total for my order before I buy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to support mail-in orders.

 

I live outside the United States; What is the process for shipping internationally?
All International orders are shipped via USPS International. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Maxboost, LLC has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.

 

I don't like the purchase, how can I return it?
All purchase through maxboost can be returned within 30 day of your purchase.

 

My case does not charge my phone any longer, what can I do?
Maxboost provides 1 year warranty on any authentic maxboost product. Please contact us through support form to initiate a warranty claim.
